LCD - A "Liquid Crystal Display" is a type of electronic display that forms opaque or dull-colored letters or numbers on various
backgrounds.
LED - A "Light Emitting Diode" is an electronic light bulb of sorts that produces colored light. You'll find LEDs used in the
center high mounted stop light on many vehicles and used as indicator lights in some instrumentation.
Limited Slip Differential (LSD) - A differential in a rear-drive vehicle fitted with a mechanism that limits the speed and torque
differences between its two outputs. Limited Slip ensures that some torque is always distrbuted to both wheels, even when
one is on a very slippery surface.
